Bowite Power is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the integrated research, development and production of power supply products for telecommunications. Based on the specific operational requirements of aviation inverters, and leveraging CAN's characteristics of high transmission speed, long-distance capability and robust fault tolerance, we have incorporated CAN into the remote control system of aviation inverters. Through high-frequency SPWM waveform modulation with a carrier frequency of 24kHz, we have achieved soft start for gyro motors and dual-closed-loop digital PI control for voltage and current. The relevant control circuits and methodologies are presented. Experimental results demonstrate: the output sine wave exhibits precise amplitude, minimal waveform distortion, and stable system operation.
