Answer: Should the customer require installation, we can provide an on-site installation service. Note: The on-site installation service fee will be charged separately.

What courier service do you usually use?
Answer: Standard courier: Suol Express; Logistics provider: An'neng Logistics; Alternatively, we can accommodate customer-specified shipping methods. Baoweite guarantees that our products are securely packed in wooden crates and meticulously packaged to transport standards prior to dispatch, ensuring a 99% damage-free delivery rate. Note: Please specify for other remote areas.

Regarding Invoice Matters
Answer: For orders totalling 1,000 yuan or above, a special VAT invoice may be issued at a rate of 13%. These are typically issued centrally by the finance department within approximately 25 working days following order placement.

How is the quality of inverter products assured?
Answer: All inverter power supply products undergo rigorous inspection prior to dispatch to ensure superior quality. Our company guarantees all users that the equipment listed below is in good working order and complete. A one-year complimentary warranty service is provided.
(1) During the one-year warranty period from the date of purchase, should any component suffer damage or malfunction, and upon verification by our technical personnel that such occurrence resulted from normal usage, complimentary repairs and replacement parts shall be provided. Damaged components shall be returned to our company.
(2) The warranty shall automatically become void under the following circumstances:
▲ Alteration of the company's trademark
▲ Damage resulting from incorrect operation, negligent use, or force majeure
▲ Unauthorised disassembly, repair, modification, alteration, or removal of serial numbers or seals by non-company technicians
▲ Failure to install in accordance with the manufacturer's provided installation instructions
