The DC screen is the abbreviation for the DC power supply operating system. Commonly known as the intelligent maintenance-free DC power supply screen, it is abbreviated as the DC screen. The universal model is GZDW, and the DC screen supplies power to this DC power source. The power operating sources in power plants and substations are all DC power supplies, providing power for control loads, power loads, and DC emergency lighting loads. They form the foundation of control and protection in modern power systems. The DC screen comprises matched power supply units, charging module units, step-down silicon chain units, DC feeder units, power distribution monitoring units, monitoring module units, and insulation monitoring units. It is primarily applied in small-to-medium power plants, hydroelectric stations, various substations within power systems, and other users (such as petrochemical plants, mines, railways, etc.) utilizing DC equipment. It is suitable for applications in secondary circuits including switches, instruments, relay protection, and fault lighting.

The DC Screen is a new type of DC system featuring digital control, protection, management, and measurement functions. The monitoring host section is highly integrated with a unified structure, incorporating insulation monitoring, battery detection, ground wire selection, battery activation, silicon chain voltage regulation, and microcomputer central signaling capabilities. The host is equipped with a large LCD touchscreen displaying various operational statuses and parameters in Chinese characters. Its overall design is convenient and streamlined, offering a user-friendly interface that aligns with user habits. The DC Screen system delivers robust remote monitoring and control capabilities, including remote control, remote adjustment, remote measurement, remote communication functions, and remote communication interfaces. Operational parameters of the DC power supply system can be remotely retrieved via the communication interface, which also enables setting and modifying operational states and preset values to meet requirements for power system automation and unmanned substations. Equipped with standard RS232/485 serial interfaces and Ethernet interfaces, it can be easily integrated into power station automation systems.
